Learners today are already steeped in technology and now automatically turn to Google, Wikipedia, Facebook, LinkedIn and/or YouTube to learn and collaborate just about every day. However, in the workplace we are yet to really harness the power of technology to deliver effective learning experiences. In some ways, we may have even moved backwards – as organizations simply take content from ILT sessions and now present it in a webinar.
