3GS was chosen by Cisco Systems to partner with them on the design, development and rollout of a large global sales awareness and training initiative.

A new version of Cisco’s CRM system was already planned for rollout when 3GS got involved. The objectives of the program included a comprehensive rollout of not just the new technology across the global sales organization, but also new and refined business processes. It was Cisco’s desire to equip its sales force with a level of awareness about how the CRM could be used to make more informed decisions about developing the business and coaching its selling teams.

Together with Cisco, 3GS developed a global sales awareness and training initiative that cascaded through the organization, aligning successive levels of management to the program, gaining commitment and equipping them to support their selling teams.
