SANTA ROSA, CA (December 4, 2012) — Martyn Lewis, 3GS founder and  chairman of the advisory committee to ASTD’s Sales Enablement Community of Practice, led the work a sales training research project that culminated in the publication of the Strategic Alignment Model for Sales Training in ASTD's current issue of T+D magazine. The objective of Strategic Alignment Model for Sales Training is to help organizations increase the return-on-investment of most sales training initiatives.
